Let’s explore some possible ways to change habitual thought patterns so even the most profound negative thinkers can find a way to make lemonade out of lemons.
Many self-help books have aimed their purpose at moving the negative mind from one path of life to another. It is written that negative thoughts bring about negative energy and positive thoughts evoke positive energy. In order to achieve the happiness you want out of life, you need to first take a look at your daily thought processes to see if your fears of failure are what keeps holding you back.
Positive thinking is easy once you allow yourself to let go of the fear that holds you back. Yes, fear is what keeps negative thinkers from expecting the best. To expect the best means that you could potentially be let down and disappointed. However, it also gives you a better chance of succeeding. Trust the positive thought that great opportunities will continue to present themselves as long as you continue to expect them. It is easier to see a great opportunity when you are looking for it than when your thoughts are caught up in the opportunity that you just missed.
Yet another aspect of positive thinking is being thankful for the things we already have achieved in life. These achievements took dedication and time spent working toward a positive goal. The homes we live in, the children we birth, the education we have achieved are all accomplishments and need to be given their due praise. Once we take a step back from lifes expectations and look at what we have already achieved, positive thinking seems all the more easy to do.
Dread is the major energy fuel for negative thinking. If a person takes the energy spent on dread, whether dreading a duty or dreading a job, and moves that energy to positive thoughts, life is a shining experience for the change. We all have the power to create the lives we want to live and if you believe in the false negatives of life, they will drain all hopes of positivity.
The next time you have to urge to say something will not happen, swallow that fear and negative expectation then allow yourself to hope that it will happen. Kapha dosha, formed by the combination of water and earth elements, is responsible for growth. First step is to relax

In order to get relief from anxiety attacks, you have to clear your mind of any negative thought at all. You have to talk to yourself and keep telling yourself that this is just temporary and it will be over soon.
Get in command, be convinced and tell yourself that you know how to cope with this situation and you are not at risk. It is very crucial to send these positive messages to your mind. It will assist you to relax and cut down the level of stress and anxiety.
The third step is to acknowledge your situation.
If you accept the condition that what you are experiencing is just a recurring panic or anxiety attack, then it will be easier for you to take a better precautions in the future.
If your mind has accepted the fact that this is an anxiety attacks, then you can design a strategy on how to manage yourself when you get attack the next time.
When you have the strategy on how to relieve yourself from the anxiety attack should it happen again next time, you would also find that you could minimize the condition that would trigger the attack.
